Have you ever had your display (screen) go upside down? This most likely happened because you have accidently triggered a set of keys that rotated the screen. Depending on the grapghics utility you may have, this can be solved in 2 ways: 1. In Control Panel>Display>Settings tab>Advanced button, look for sett…ings to display or screen position. 2. Have you ever had a pop-up that looks like this? 
If you have, your PC has been infected with a virus. The best thing is too just go to Start and Shutdown. Do not on anything else. It will automatically install on your pc and disable most of your access. If you Purchased the software, You might want to cancel the card you used to pay for it. Good news is that we are able to remove it without you losing any personal data.
